The Company is now looking for highly-motivated candidates to fill the following key positions based in Jakarta:
ISP System Administrator Spv Post Date: 04 Feb 09
Duties & responsibilities:
*
Ensure stable and reliable ISP services (e.g. mail, web hosting, DNS, Radius, backups and etc)
*
Software and hardware maintenance on ISP servers
*
Identify and resolve performance issues on ISP servers
*
Development of platform monitoring and management tools
*
Fault diagnosis and resolution (identify and fix service affecting issues in a timely manner)
*
Support for the backup network and ISP services
*
Provide coaching for less experienced team members
*
Contribute to the development and deployment of new platforms and products
Qualifications:
*
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with an ISP, a large NOC or other such company associated with networking.
*
High technical competence with Linux/UNIX, ISP service applications, programming and scripting languages.
*
Having extensive experience with RADIUS and ISP Device.
*
Strong analytical skills.
*
Must be keen to learn and develop new skills.
*
Ability to work on own initiative.
*
Patient & friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
